The contractors involved are architects, cost analysts, appraisers, and mortgage credit analysts. An environmental review is also conducted, as well as a market analysis.The information collection allows the multifamily staff to determine the appropriate mortgage insurance premium to apply in the underwriting of the loan for an FHA insured mortgage.
