a Major Disaster Declaration
I have determined that the damage in the
State of Florida resulting from Hurricane Ian
beginning on September 23, 2022, and

‘‘Stafford Act’’).
Therefore, I amend my declaration of
September 29, 2022, to authorize Federal
funds for debris removal and emergency
protective measures, including direct Federal
assistance, under the Public Assistance
program at 100 percent of the total eligible
costs for an additional 30-day period.
