AGENCY:
This document requests
comments on a Petition for Rule Making
filed by Western Radio Group,
proposing to amend the FM Table of
Allotments, by allotting Channel 272A
at Dennison, Ohio, as the community’s
first local service. A staff engineering
analysis indicates that Channel 272A
can be allotted to Dennison, Ohio,
consistent with the minimum distance
separation requirements of the
Commission’s rules, with a site
restriction of 2.7 km (1.7 miles) west of
the community. The reference
coordinates are 40–23–54 NL and 81–
21–33 WL.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before December 8, 2022, and reply
comments on or before December 23,
2022.
