Written comments shall be focused on the APB’s current issues under discussion and may not be repetitive of previously submitted written statements.     On October 17, 2022, the Department of Justice lodged a proposed 
Consent Decree with the United States District Court for the Northern 
District of California in the lawsuit entitled United States v. Vigor 
Industrial, LLC, et al., Civil Action No. 3:22-cv-06101.
    The Consent Decree resolves claims against Vigor Industrial, LLC,
