against MPLX Ozark Pipe Line LLC
(MPLX Ozark) (Respondents),
challenging the lawfulness of the
uncommitted rates charged by MPLX
Ozark Pipe Line LLC (‘‘MPLX Ozark’’)
for transportation of crude petroleum
from its origin in Cushing, Oklahoma to
its destination in Wood River, Illinois
on the pipeline owned by MPLX Ozark
(‘‘Ozark Pipeline’’) from October 1, 2020
to September 30, 2022 and for all future
periods.
The Complainant certifies that copies
of the complaint were served on the
contacts listed for Respondents in the
Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in

Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act (FACA), EPA
hereby provides notice of a meeting for
the Local Government Advisory
Committee’s (LGAC) Small
Communities Advisory Subcommittee
(SCAS) on the date and times described
below. This meeting will be open to the
public. For information on public
attendance and participation, please see
the registration information under
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
DATES: The SCAS will meet virtually
November 4th, 2022, starting at 2:00
p.m. through 3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight
Time.

positioned to benefit from this
generational investment in
environmental infrastructure.
