notification requirements for nonbroker-dealer SBSDs and major securitybased swap participants (‘‘MSBSPs’’).
The aggregate annual burden for all
respondents is estimated to be 7,647
hours. The aggregate annual cost burden
for all respondents is estimated to be
$2,667.
