Due to the programmatic nature of the Proposed Action, the analysis determined that there are adverse potentially significant impacts to cultural resources. When considered with other projects there will be both significant and potentially significant cumulative impacts. The Coast Guard invites public response and comments on the Draft PEIS to assist the Coast Guard in improving the analysis and mitigation of environmental impacts associated with the Proposed Action.
