will be involved, or (3) unescorted area
access is desired.

AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) received and is
considering approval of two amendment
requests. The amendment requests are
forConstellation Energy Generation,
LLC; Dresden Nuclear Power Station,
Units 2 and 3; Grundy County, IL and
Southern Nuclear Operating Company,
Inc.; Vogtle Electric Generating Plant,
Units 1 and 2; Burke County, GA. For
each amendment request, the NRC
proposes to determine that they involve
no significant hazards consideration
(NSHC). Because each amendment
request contains sensitive unclassified
non-safeguards information (SUNSI), an
order imposes procedures to obtain
access to SUNSI for contention
preparation by persons who file a
hearing request or petition for leave to
intervene.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
November 3, 2022. A request for a
hearing or petition for leave to intervene
must be filed by December 5, 2022. Any
potential party as defined in section 2.4
of title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations (10 CFR) who believes
access to SUNSI is necessary to respond
to this notice must request document
access by October 14, 2022.
