In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, an information collection associated with the rules for the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 contained in the Commission’s Protecting Against National Security Threats to the Communications Supply Chain Through FCC Programs Order, FCC 20–176. This document is consistent with the Protecting Against National Security Threats to the Communications Supply Chain Through FCC Programs Order, which stated that the Commission would publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of the new information collection requirements. DATES: The addition of § 54.11 published at 86 FR 2904, January 13, 2021, is effective September 21, 2022. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission submitted revised information collection requirements for review and approval by OMB, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, on June 1, 2022, which were approved by OMB on July 5, 2022. The information collection requirements are contained in the Commission’s Protecting Against National Security Threats to the Communications Supply Chain Through FCC Programs Order, FCC 20–176 published at 86 FR 2904, January 13, 2021. The OMB Control Number is 3060–0986. SUMMARY: The Corporation for National and Community Service (operating 
as AmeriCorps) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal 
Register on September 9, 2022. The document finalized updates to 
AmeriCorps regulations for processing requests for records under the 
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to reflect changes made in the FOIA 
Improvement Act of 2016 and to make the regulations more user friendly 
through plain language.
