resulting from wildfires, straight-line winds,
flooding, mudflows, and debris flows during
the period of April 5 to July 23, 2022, is of
sufficient severity and magnitude that special
cost sharing arrangements are warranted
regarding Federal funds provided under the
Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et
seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’).
Therefore, I amend my declarations of May
4, 2022, June 9, 2022, and June 27, 2022, to
authorize Federal funds for debris removal
and emergency protective measures,
including direct Federal assistance, under the
Public Assistance program at 100 percent of
the total eligible costs for an additional 90day period from August 3, 2022 through
