agreement with their foreign owner or
custodian for temporary display in the
exhibition ‘‘Saints, Sinners, Lovers, and
Fools: 300 Years of Flemish
Masterworks’’ at the Denver Art
Museum, Denver, Colorado; the Dallas
Museum of Art, Dallas, Texas; and at
possible additional exhibitions or
