request was submitted to the certifying
authority at least 30 days prior to
submitting the certification request.

The Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA or Agency) is planning to
submit an information collection
request (ICR), Accidental Release
Prevention Requirements: Risk
Management Programs under the Clean
Air Act, as amended; Safer
Communities by Chemical Accident
Prevention, (EPA ICR Number 2725.01,
OMB Control Number 2050–NEW) to
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for review and approval in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act (PRA). Before doing so,
EPA is soliciting public comments on
specific aspects of the proposed
information collection as described
below. This is a new ICR. An agency
may not conduct or sponsor and a
person is not required to respond to a
collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid OMB control
number.
