Collection of the UEI is vital to HUD’s
compliance with the Federal Funding
Accountability and Transparency Act of
2006 (FFATA) and Digital
Accountability and Transparency Act of
2014.

(2) The accuracy of the agency’s
estimate of the burden of the proposed
collection of information; (3) Ways to
enhance the quality, utility, and clarity
