Abstract: The Application to
Transport Interstate or Temporarily
Export Certain National Firearms Act
(NFA)—ATF Form 5320.20 is used by
persons other than a qualified Federal
firearms licensee, to request approval to
transport interstate or temporarily
export certain NFA firearms.
5. An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 20,000
respondents will respond to this
collection once annually, and it will
take each respondent approximately 20
minutes to complete their responses.
6. An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
6,667 hours, which is equal to 20,000
(total respondents) * 1 (# of response
per respondent) * .333333 (20 minutes
or the time taken to prepare each
response).
7. An Explanation of the Change in
Estimates: Due to more filings of this
application, both the total respondents
and responses to this collection have
increased from 17,000 in 2019 to 20,000
in 2022. Consequently, the total burden
hours have also increased from 5,610 to
6,667 hours since the last renewal.

ACTION:
The Department of Labor
(DOL) is submitting this Office of
Workers’ Compensation Programs
(OWCP)-sponsored information
collection request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA). Public comments on the ICR are
invited.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Standardized Pharmacy Billing Data
Requirements are the electronic billing
format used by pharmacies throughout
the country to request payment for
prescription drugs through data
clearinghouses. They identify the
provider, claimant, prescribing
physician, drug by National Drug Code
number, prescription volume and
charge. Similar data elements are
required to process paper-based
pharmacy bills. For additional
substantive information about this ICR,
see the related notice published in the
Federal Register on June 17, 2022 (87
FR 22951).
This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
of information, and the public is
generally not required to respond to an
information collection, unless the OMB
approves it and displays a currently
valid OMB Control Number. In addition,
notwithstanding any other provisions of
law, no person shall generally be subject
to penalty for failing to comply with a
collection of information that does not
display a valid OMB Control Number.
