assistance program intended to help
military spouses pursue licenses,
certificates, certifications or associate’s
degrees (excluding associate’s degrees in

high growth, portable career fields and
occupations. To support this program,
the MyCAA web portal collects
information from military spouses to

visitation curriculum that addresses risk
and protective factors for child
