A public meeting of the MSAAC
will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022,
beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight
Time (EDT). The meeting will be in
person and virtually.
ADDRESSES: The OCC will host the April
19, 2022 meeting of the MSAAC at the
OCC’s offices at 400 7th Street SW,
Washington, DC 20219 and virtually.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under the
authority of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. 2, and the
regulations implementing the Act at 41
CFR part 102–3, the OCC is announcing
that the MSAAC will convene a meeting
on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. The
meeting is open to the public and will
begin at 8:30 a.m. EDT. The purpose of
the meeting is for the MSAAC to advise
the OCC on regulatory or other changes
the OCC may make to ensure the health
and viability of mutual savings
associations. The agenda includes a
discussion of current topics of interest
to the industry.
Members of the public may submit
written statements to the MSAAC. The
OCC must receive written statements no
later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday,
April 14, 2022. Members of the public
may submit written statements to
MSAAC@occ.treas.gov.
Members of the public who plan to
attend the meeting should contact the
OCC by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday,
April 14, 2022, to inform the OCC of
their desire to attend the meeting and
whether they will attend in person or
virtually, and to obtain information

2. Title: Determinations Regarding
Certain Nonbank Financial Companies.

change of a current OMB approval.
Description: Section 113 of the DoddFrank Wall Street Reform and Consumer
Protection Act (the ‘‘DFA’’) (Pub. L.
111–203) provides the Financial
Stability Oversight Council (the
‘‘Council’’) the authority to require that
a nonbank financial company be
supervised by the Board of Governors of
the Federal Reserve System and be
subject to prudential standards in
accordance with Title I of the DFA if the
Council determines that material
financial distress at the firm, or the
nature, scope, size, scale, concentration,
interconnectedness, or mix of the
activities of the firm, could pose a threat
to the financial stability of the United
States. The information collected in
§ 1310.20 from state and federal
regulatory agencies and from nonbank
financial companies will be used
generally by the Council to carry out its
duties under Title I of the Dodd-Frank
Act. The collections of information in
§§ 1310.21, 1310.22 and 1310.23
provide an opportunity for a nonbank
financial company to request a hearing
or submit written materials to the
Council concerning whether, in the
company’s view, material financial
distress at the company, or the nature,
scope, size, scale, concentration,
interconnectedness, or mix of the
activities of the company, could pose a
threat to the financial stability of the
United States.
