In addition, the PRB will review and recommend executive performance bonuses and pay increases. Publication of the PRB membership is required by 5 U.S.C. 4314(c)(4). Because SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 15909 the CSB is a small independent Federal agency, in addition to members from the CSB, the agency is drawing an additional SES member for its PRB from another Federal agency.
