passports, visas, and authorizing any
travel expense reimbursement.

Needs and Uses: The information
collection requirement is necessary for
the Department of the Army, Office of
the Provost Marshal General to obtain
and record the sex offender registration
information of those sex offenders who
reside or are employed on an Army
installation. Registered sex offenders are
defined as any person who is either
registered or required to register as a sex
offender by any law, regulation or
policy of the United States, the
Department of Defense, the Army, a
State, U.S. territory, or tribal
government. All registered sex offenders
who reside or are employed on an Army
installation will submit their
registration information with the
installation Provost Marshal Office. The
