Background and Brief Description
The purpose of this data collection is

departments and community-based

assessments hosted on our online
training and technical assistance request
system. CDC is requesting a three-year

multiple Notifications of Funding
Opportunities (NOFO) that inform the
U.S. HIV response system at the local
and state level.
