committee meeting is being held under
the provisions of the Federal Advisory

41 CFR 102–3.150. The USMA BoV
provides independent advice and
recommendations to the President of the
United States on matters related to
morale, discipline, curriculum,
instruction, physical equipment, fiscal
affairs, academic methods, and any
other matters relating to the Academy
that the Board decides to consider.
Purpose of the Meeting: This is the
2022 Organizational Meeting of the
USMA BoV. Members of the Board will
be provided updates on Academy

Business: Elect Chair and Vice Chair for
2022, Swearing in of Presidential
Appointees (if required), Vote to
approve the ‘‘2022 Rules of the US
Military Academy Board of Visitors,’’
