Specifically, Texas Eastern proposes to construct a new metering and regulating facilities (M&R Facilities) which will be installed on a platform owned by Gator Express with approximately 0.2 mile of 30-inchdiameter interconnecting piping and a riser to connect Texas Eastern’s Line to M&R Facilities on the Gator Express platform. The proposed construction will have a delivery capacity of 240,000 dekatherms per day and is estimated to cost approximately $30,600,000, all as more fully set forth in the request which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
