Northern estimates the cost for the project to be $31,245,046. Specifically, Northern proposes to abandon approximately 82.70 miles of 20-inch-diameter pipeline on Northern’s IAM60601 A-line system and appurtenances. Northern also requests authorization to construct and operate an approximately 6.04-mile extension of its 30-inch-diameter Ogden to Ventura IAM60604 D-line and appurtenances to replace the capacity associated with the abandoned A-line, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
