publication of the notice for this
proposed rule change is February 4,
2022. The Commission is extending this
45-day time period.
The Commission finds it appropriate
to designate a longer period within
which to take action on the proposed
rule change so that it has sufficient time
to consider the proposed rule change.
Accordingly, the Commission, pursuant
to Section 19(b)(2) of the Act,5
designates March 21, 2022, as the date
by which the Commission shall either
approve or disapprove, or institute
proceedings to determine whether to
disapprove, the proposed rule change

SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD
Release of Waybill Data
The Surface Transportation Board has
received a request from University of
California, Berkeley (WB22–14—1/31/
22) for permission to use data from the
Board’s 1984–2019 Unmasked Carload
Waybill Sample. A copy of this request
may be obtained from the Board’s
website under docket no. WB22–14.
The waybill sample contains
confidential railroad and shipper data;
therefore, if any parties object to these
requests, they should file their
objections with the Director of the
Board’s Office of Economics within 14
calendar days of the date of this notice.
The rules for release of waybill data are
codified at 49 CFR 1244.9.

This notice announces a
meeting of the AAAC.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
February 23, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to
2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Requests for
reasonable accommodations must be
received by February 16, 2022. Requests
to submit written materials to be
reviewed during the meeting must be
received no later than February 16,
2022.
SUMMARY:
The meeting will be held
virtually. Members of the public who
wish to observe the virtual meeting can
