AGENCY: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), located within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), announces the award of approximately $10,000,000 for Year 1 of funding to the Ministerio de Salud de la Repu´blica de Panama´ {MINSA}. The award will contribute to the achievement of 95–95–95 targets (95% of HIV-positive individuals knowing their status, 95% of those receiving ART [Antiretroviral therapy], and 95% of those achieving viral suppression) in Panama by introducing or scaling up high-impact HIV prevention, testing, linkage, and treatment models across the continuum of care and strengthening HIV laboratory and information systems. CDC previously published a ‘‘Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations’’ notice on September 14, 2021 to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. CDC did not receive comments related to the previous notice. This notice serves to allow an additional 30 days for public and affected agency comments. CDC will accept all comments for this proposed information collection project.
