Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission), and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act
(FACA), that a meeting of the
Massachusetts Advisory Committee to
the Commission will convene by
conference call on Tuesday, February
22, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. (ET). The purpose
of the meeting is to discuss the next
civil rights project.

Final Results of Antidumping Duty
Administrative Review; 2019–2020

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(Commerce) is conducting an
administrative review of the
antidumping duty order on carbon and
alloy steel cut-to-length plate from the
Republic of Korea. The period of review
(POR) is May 1, 2019, through April 30,
2020. The review covers one producer/
exporter of the subject merchandise,
POSCO and its affiliated companies
(collectively, the POSCO single entity).
We determine that sales of subject
merchandise by the POSCO single entity
were not made at prices below normal
value (NV).

Background
Commerce published the Preliminary
Results on August 6, 2021.1 We invited
interested parties to comment on the
Preliminary Results. For a complete
