Consistent with the requirement that Federal assistance be supplemental, any Federal funds provided under the Stafford Act for Public Assistance, Hazard Mitigation, and Other Needs Assistance under section 408 will be limited to 75 percent of the total eligible costs. SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (FEMA-
4631-DR), dated December 21, 2021, and related determinations.

DATES: The declaration was issued December 21, 2021.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated December 21, 2021, the President issued a major disaster
