Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the
‘‘Stafford Act’’).
Therefore, I amend my declarations of
December 12, 2021, and December 15, 2021,
to authorize Federal funds for debris removal
and emergency protective measures,
including direct Federal assistance, at 100
percent of the total eligible costs for a 30-day
period of the Commonwealth’s choosing
within the first 120 days of the declaration.
(The following Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance Numbers (CFDA) are to be used
for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
