PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TIME AND DATE OF
THE MEETING: January 27–28, 2022. On
Thursday, January 27, the first
Committee meeting will begin at 11:00
a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), with
the next meeting commencing promptly
upon adjournment of the immediately
preceding meeting. On Friday, January
28, the first Committee meeting will
begin at 12:00 p.m. EST, with the next
meeting commencing promptly upon
adjournment of the immediately
preceding meeting.
CHANGES IN THE MEETING: The Legal
Services Corporation (LSC) is revising

ACTION: Monthly notice.
AGENCY:
Pursuant to section 189.a.(2)
of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as
amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) is
publishing this regular monthly notice.
The Act requires the Commission to
publish notice of any amendments
issued, or proposed to be issued, and
grants the Commission the authority to
issue and make immediately effective
any amendment to an operating license
or combined license, as applicable,
upon a determination by the
Commission that such amendment
involves no significant hazards
consideration (NSHC), notwithstanding
the pendency before the Commission of
a request for a hearing from any person.
This monthly notice includes all
amendments issued, or proposed to be
issued, from December 10, 2021, to
January 6, 2022. The last monthly notice
was published on December 28, 2021.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
February 24, 2022. A request for a
hearing or petitions for leave to
intervene must be filed by March 28,
2022.

II. Notice of Consideration of Issuance
of Amendments to Facility Operating
Licenses and Combined Licenses and
Proposed No Significant Hazards
Consideration Determination
For the facility-specific amendment
requests shown below, the Commission
finds that the licensees’ analyses
provided, consistent with section 50.91
of title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations (10 CFR), ‘‘Notice for public
comment; State consultation,’’ are
sufficient to support the proposed
determinations that these amendment
requests involve NSHC. Under the
Commission’s regulations in 10 CFR
50.92, operation of the facilities in
accordance with the proposed
amendments would not (1) involve a
significant increase in the probability or
consequences of an accident previously
evaluated; or (2) create the possibility of
a new or different kind of accident from
any accident previously evaluated; or
