Federal Register / Vol. 87, No. 14 / Friday, January 21, 2022 / Notices
Employment Authorization Document,
and a Form I–983, ‘‘Training Plan for
STEM OPT Students,’’ to ensure that
they are receiving the academic and
training benefits of the STEM OPT
extension. Consistent with the PRA, the
Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) has previously approved the
collection of information contained on
the current Form I–765 (OMB Control
No. 1615–0040) and Form I–983 (OMB
Control No. 1653–0054). Although there
could be a slight increase in the number
of filings for both the Form I–765 and
Form I–983 because of this notice, the
number of filings currently contained in
the OMB annual inventory is sufficient
to cover any additional filings.
Accordingly, there is no further action
required under the PRA.
