conditions for affected programs to
comply with this section of the Act on
or before May 14, 2022.
Currently NSF is fully compliant with
all domestic preference requirements
effective on the date of this report that
are applicable to the Federal financial
assistance awards issued by NSF.
Section 70914(a) of the Act requires
the following:

construction materials used in the project are
produced in the United States.’’
