The committee recommends ways to prioritize CDC’s activities, improve results, and address health disparities. It also provides guidance to help CDC work more effectively with its various private and public sector constituents to make health protection a practical reality. Matters To Be Considered: The agenda will include discussions on CDC’s current work and priorities as they relate to: (1) Health equity and (2) public health system infrastructure issues regarding data modernization and/or support for the public health workforce.
