ACTION: Announcement of meetings.
AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act that
the New Mexico Advisory Committee
(Committee) will hold a meeting via
videoconference on Tuesday, January
25, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Mountain Time for the purpose of
selecting the Committee’s first project
topic.
SUMMARY:
The meeting will be held on:
• Tuesday, January 25, 2022, from 12:00
p.m. to 1:00 p.m. MT

they are affiliated with (if any), and an
email address prior to placing callers
into the conference room. Callers can
expect to incur regular charges for calls
they initiate over wireless lines,
according to their wireless plan. The
Commission will not refund any
incurred charges. Persons with hearing

On September 8, 2021, Lilly del
Caribe, Inc., submitted a notification of
proposed production activity to the FTZ
Board for its facility within Subzone 7K,
in Carolina, Puerto Rico.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting
public comment (86 FR 51653–51654,
September 16, 2021). On January 6,
2022, the applicant was notified of the
