POLICIES AND PRACTICES FOR STORAGE OF RECORDS: Records in this system are on paper and/or in digital or other electronic form. Digital and other electronic images are stored on a storage area network in a secured environment. Records, whether paper or electronic, may be stored in a separate, secure location at the USDA Headquarters or at the mission area, agency or staff office level.
