(2021), Range Resources—Appalachia,
LLC (Complainant) filed a formal
complaint against Texas Eastern

Transmission, LP (Respondent), alleging
that Respondent failed to meet its firm
service obligations for volumes flowing
through the Adair Interconnect, in
violation of, inter alia, the Natural Gas
Act, the firm transportation service
agreement between the parties, and
Respondent’s tariff, all as more fully
explained in its complaint.
The Complainant certifies that copies
of the complaint were served on the
contacts listed for Respondent in the
Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
