12, 2021, the Federal Energy Regulation
Commission (Commission) convened
staff-led technical conferences to
discuss energy and ancillary services
markets in the evolving electricity
sector.
All interested persons are invited to

conference comments on the topics in
Parts I and II below, which contain the
questions posed in each technical
conference agenda. Commenters may
