for the proper performance of functions
of the agency, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
2. Evaluate the accuracy of the
agency’s estimate of the burden of the

including the validity of the
methodology and assumptions used;

if disability retirees under age 60 have
earned income which will result in the
termination of their annuity benefits

be met and the documentation required
for a person to request reinstatement.
