The U.S. Coast Guard may be assisted in the patrol and enforcement of the safety zone by Federal, State, and local agencies. (e) Enforcement periods. This section will be enforced: (1) From 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on December 3, 2021. If necessary due to inclement weather or other reason on December 3, 2021, it will be enforced from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on December 6, 2021. These instructions are no longer relevant considering the removal of LVEF from consideration in evaluating heart diseases. VA is correcting that error by removing paragraph (c). ACTION: Correcting amendments.

SUMMARY: On September 30, 2021, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) 
published in the Federal Register a final rule that amended the portion 
of the VA Schedule for Rating Disabilities (``VASRD'' or ``rating 
schedule'') that addresses the cardiovascular system. This correction 
addresses the application of the general rating formula for diseases of 
the heart in the published final rule.

DATES: This correction is effective November 29, 2021.
