ACTION: Notice of a new system of
records.
AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Privacy Act of 1974, the U.S.
International Development Finance
Corporation (DFC) proposes to establish
a new system of records titled, ‘‘DFC/09
Reasonable Accommodations Records.’’
This system of records will include
information that DFC collects and
maintains from those who request and/
or receive reasonable accommodations
from DFC for medical or religious
reasons.
DATES: Submit comments on or before
December 15, 2021. This new system is
effective upon publication in the
Federal Register, except for the routine
uses, which are effective December 20,
2021.
