The proposed modifications at CS 10 will allow FGT to flow natural gas from west to east, and transport incremental interstate gas from an existing receipt point in George County, Mississippi, to three existing delivery points in Mobile County, Alabama. The proposed project is designed primarily to meet the demand for an additional 17,500 million British Thermal Units per day (MMBtu/d) of natural gas transportation to be delivered for Clarke-Mobile Counties Gas District (CMCGas) in FGT’s Western Division in the Alabama Gulf Coast natural gas market, all as more fully set forth in the application, which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
