Islands (CNMI) AP, and Hawaii
Archipelago FEP AP to discuss and
make recommendations on fishery
management issues in the Western
Pacific Region.
DATES: The meetings will be held
Tuesday, November 16, 2021 through
Friday, November 19, 2021. For specific

the South Atlantic stock of Spanish
mackerel will consist of a series of
assessment webinars. A SEDAR 78 Data/
Assessment Webinar 1 is scheduled for

Spanish Mackerel Data/Assessment
Webinar 1 has been scheduled for
November 17, 2021, from 9 a.m. until 12
p.m. Eastern. The established times may

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Gulf
of Mexico, South Atlantic, and
Caribbean Fishery Management
Councils, in conjunction with NOAA
Fisheries and the Atlantic and Gulf
States Marine Fisheries Commissions,
have implemented the Southeast Data,
Assessment and Review (SEDAR)
process, a multi-step method for
determining the status of fish stocks in
the Southeast Region. SEDAR is a threestep process including: (1) Data
Workshop; (2) Assessment Process

SUMMARY: The Western Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) will
