The proposed amendments would allow a one-time extension of the allowed outage time for the MDCP as a contingency for planned maintenance on the CL system. Before any issuance of the proposed license amendments, the NRC will need to make the findings required by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and NRC’s regulations.
