Upon further evaluation, the applicant has determined that the need for a back-up water supply is no longer necessary at this time. As such, the applicant proposes to delete Articles 305 and 406, and modify Article 407, all associated with the construction and operation of the Canyon Creek Diversion or the alternative flow line. l.
