Comply with this AD within the
compliance times specified, unless already
done.
(g) Required Actions
Within 100 hours time in service after the
effective date of this AD, replace the lefthand and right-hand windows by following
the Accomplishment Instructions, paragraphs
2. and 3., of Leonardo Helicopters Alert
Service Bulletin No. 119–094, dated
November 15, 2018 (ASB119–094), except
where ASB 119–094 specifies to discard the
seal filler and gasket, remove those parts
from service.
(h) Alternative Methods of Compliance
(AMOCs)
(1) The Manager, International Validation
Branch, FAA, has the authority to approve
AMOCs for this AD, if requested using the
procedures found in 14 CFR 39.19. In
accordance with 14 CFR 39.19, send your
request to your principal inspector or local
Flight Standards District Office, as
appropriate. If sending information directly
to the manager of the International Validation
Branch, send it to the attention of the person
identified in paragraph (i)(1) of this AD.
Information may be emailed to: 9-AVS-AIR730-AMOC@faa.gov.
(2) Before using any approved AMOC,
notify your appropriate principal inspector,
or lacking a principal inspector, the manager
of the local flight standards district office/
certificate holding district office.

2021. Treasury Decision 9957
establishes a new user fee of $67 for
persons requesting the issuance of IRS
Letter 627, also referred to as an estate
tax closing letter.
DATES: The correction is effective on
October 28, 2021, and applicable as of
September 28, 2021.

stem, group 5–16. The Interregional
Project Number 4 (IR–4) requested this
tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug,
and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).

October 19, 2021. Objections and
