No such suspension would continue longer than a period of two days, or as soon thereafter as a quorum of Directors can be assembled, unless the Board approves the continuation of such suspension. Proposed Rule 7.13 is identical to the rule text governing Trading Suspensions currently in place on the Exchange’s affiliate exchanges NYSE American LLC (‘‘NYSE American’’), NYSE Arca, Inc. (‘‘NYSE Arca’’), NYSE Chicago, Inc.
