SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Arizona (FEMA-4620-DR), dated September 13, 
2021, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter
