SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice
of the President’s major disaster
declaration for the State of Michigan,
dated 07/15/2021, is hereby amended to
extend the deadline for filing
applications for physical damages as a
result of this disaster to 11/12/2021.
All other information in the original
declaration remains unchanged.
VII. Conclusion
It is therefore ordered, pursuant to
Section 19(b)(2) of the Act,75 that the
proposed rule change (SR–NASDAQ–
2021–007) be, and hereby is, approved.
