Notice of Availability of the Final
Environmental Impact Statement for the
Proposed East 300 Upgrade Project to
federal, state, and local government
representatives and agencies; elected
officials; environmental and public
interest groups; Native American tribes;
potentially affected landowners and
other interested individuals and groups;
and newspapers and libraries in the
project area. The final EIS is only
available in electronic format. It may be
viewed and downloaded from the
FERC’s website (www.ferc.gov), on the
natural gas environmental documents
page (https://www.ferc.gov/industriesdata/natural-gas/environment/
environmental-documents). In addition,
the final EIS may be accessed by using
the eLibrary link on the FERC’s website.

‘‘General Search,’’ and enter the docket
number in the ‘‘Docket Number’’ field

Technical Conference and the
Supplemental Notice of Technical
Conference issued in this proceeding on
March 5, 2021 and August 6, 2021

Regulatory Commission (Commission)
will convene its annual Commissionerled Reliability Technical Conference on
Thursday, September 30, 2021 from
approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Eastern time. The purpose of this
conference is to discuss policy issues
related to the reliability of the BulkPower System. The conference will be
held virtually via WebEx.
The final agenda with confirmed
speakers for this event is attached. The
conference will be open for the public
to attend virtually, and there is no fee
for attendance. Information on the
technical conference will also be posted
on the Calendar of Events on the
Commission’s website, https://
www.ferc.gov, prior to the event. The
conference will be transcribed.
