Abstract: Nonimmigrant alien
information will be used to determine
their eligibility to obtain a Federal
firearms license, and/or purchase,
obtain, possess, or import a firearm.
Nonimmigrant aliens must also
maintain these documents while in
possession of firearms or ammunition in
the United States, for verification
purposes.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 1,970
respondents will provide information
for this information collection once each
year, and it will take each respondent
approximately 4.08 minutes to complete
their responses.
