Total Estimated Number of Annual Burden Hours: 17,000. Abstract: AmeriCorps is soliciting comments concerning the proposed renewal of its Day of Service project promotion tool. Organizers of volunteer events will be able to register their projects. This group includes national service grantees, corporations, volunteer organizations, government entities, and individuals. AmeriCorps wants to help promote activities across the country and also to assess impact of the agency’s initiatives. Information provided is purely voluntary and will not be used for any grant or funding support. AmeriCorps also seeks to continue using the currently approved information collection until the revised information collection is approved by OMB. The currently approved information collection is due to expire on 12/31/ 2021. Comments submitted in response to this notice will be summarized and/or included in the request for OMB approval.
