of a major disaster declaration dated
March 23, 2020 for the State of Iowa is
hereby amended to include the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program.
This notice amends the notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands
(FEMA–4513–DR), dated April 2, 2020,
and related determinations.

eligible for assistance under the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program.
